About Jane Ashbridge

I am an independent Computer Consultant working in Ludlow, Shropshire and surrounding counties. I have had a strong interest in Computers since 1989 when I completed my first open learning computer course via the University of Cambridge. Whilst on this course I discovered that I had a natural flair and understanding of computers.

I have followed and used every operating system since window 3.11, and have gained my knowledge by pure determination and hands on experience. My personality is such that I will endeavour to provide my customers with a superb dedicated professional service.

HISTORY
I was writing web sites back in 1995 when the internet was in its infancy within the home user environment. I was one of the privileged few who had internet in the home in those days. It was expensive, very very slow and was manly dominated by the American's as very few UK users were online back then.

I was also carrying out system formats, which were preformed using DOS and FDISK commands. Although these days, I still carry out formats, they are a lot easier to do than "the old days"

CONCLUSION
Today I constantly keep updated with new technologies and efficient low cost solutions for the home user and small business environment in the Ludlow and the surrounding area. Thus providing my client with money saving options and a dedicated personal, professional service.
