Thank you Jane for fixing our wireless printer and computer problem. Jane quickly solved the problem and was very professional and was a lovely person to meet. She was able to solve the problem in 20 minutes, when me and my husband phoned the printer company for help, even after an hour of being on the phone to them they still could not help us with the problem they simply said they would call us back.

Her fees are very reasonable and I would not think twice in calling her again to come and solve a computer problem.

Hi Jane

Thank you for the time you spent with me, sorting out my e.mail problems, introducing me to saving into folders etc.

As you get older the brain takes longer to understand this new technology, it was brilliant working with someone who did not make me feel like an idiot (which is what some of the youngsters on these help lines do).

I am now going to play about with my e.mails, and then I will be contacting you again to help me plan my travel routes to visit my daughter in Essex. how to reserve my tickets and how to pay on line, this I find very scary.

I have recently set up my own driving school and thought that I needed a website to help the business expand, So I contacted Jane to set it up as I am not that great with computers.
